I had lunch today at the Perfect Bite and the food was excellent. I had the Brodie Burger with the chive aioli sauce and it was perfect. Got to meet the owner Jason and the chef Ramone. Jason gave us an order of the fried pickles and they were amazing. I also got to sample the Italian sandwich and highly recommend it also. It is located in the back of Luster Pearl on Menchaca. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
I don’t know why they have such terrible reviews, but I decided to stop by and give them a chance, and, can I just say, it was totally worth it! The fried pickles were amazing! Little more fried dough than pickle, but still really good. The sliders were really good too! For about $20, I will definitely be back to try more from the menu!

I came to Lustre Pearl for a different food truck but it had closed early, so I ended up getting the Honey Lime Chicken sandwich- and boy was I glad! This is a crazy food grilled chicken sandwich! The chicken was generous and so juicy and flavorful, with a hefty amount of Brie and some nice greens (could have used more greens but hey it was tasty), and even some surprise chips on the side! My friends got the hamburgers and they seemed to enjoy them but I was too deep in my sandwich...
