I’ve had the pleasure of dining in at this lovely restaurant multiple times, it’s always an immaculate experience. From the friendly staff to the exquisite food, this place holds a special place in my heart. I would recommend everyone to try this magical place out!

The food was so good. I'm just really disappointed in the service I received. I'm an adult that's autistic, so it was very difficult to force myself to speak to my server about why I didn't receive the special I ordered. I pointed to the lunch special menu and wanted the beef rice plate. I didn't know I could not get the lemongrass beef. This was my first time here and my server did not explain that. I was very confused why he said I couldn't get the iced tea and egg roll with my meal like the special says. Talking to my server was very overwhelming and embarrassing. I left in tears. Not a good first experience for me here. I regret leaving a tip. (I questioned my server after I paid already. I should have waited.)

I’m not sure why the bad reviews but this place it's pretty good actually. I work around the area and this is one of my favorite Asian food restaurants that are close by.The food is delicious, they always give you plenty of it and most importantly, it’s fresh, made when you order so be patient if it takes a little to get to you. You won’t regret it.I can recommend their Pho, spring rolls and Kung Pao chicken among other dishes. Just look at the pictures and tell me they don’t look tasty!Staff is always friendly and courteous, forget about the atmosphere! Another reason I like to come here is because of the background music & decor, my Shazam app is always on because their selection of music if great, it cheers me up at the same time it relaxes me from the stress from work.Just give it a try and judge for yourself. Yes, prices are $12 and ⬆️ but they're are similar pretty much everywhere. If you pay $12 for a hamburger and fries, then why not eat healthier for the same price. ;PNo, I didn’t get paid to post this, neither received coupons or discounts. I always like to give honest feedback where it’s due.Enjoy!

Hardly any meat or noodles in the pho. Mostly broth. They give you 1$ worth of food and charge 14$. Absolutely shameful. This place deserves to go out of business.

The lemongrass shrimp (or beef) vermicelli bowl is delicious! Very flavorful and filling, it’s my go-to order here. Staff is always very nice and service is fast. I usually pick up a to-go order, but the new tiki-decorated bar is so cute!

I’ve been to The Pho twice now & have been left disappointed both times. Although the food is very tasty, they use old oil. It really suck’s because again, the food is soooo yummy! But not worth spending another night standing over the toilet . Beware.

My wife and I had the most delicious meal of our lives here at The Pho while visiting Austin! I know that sounds extreme, but we truly loved everything we ordered and we have never had anything better anywhere before. We wish we lived in Texas so we could eat here regularly. We shared fried dumplings, eggdrop soup, pork bao, wok-seared mango shrimp, and panang curry with tofu. All spectacular! My wife could not stop commenting how beautiful and tasty the mango shrimp was, especially the bright/crunchy vegetables.

The pho tasted fine but they put the smallest amount of noodles and meat in the broth. Hardly any bean sprouts too. Ever since covid so many restaurants are doing this. Giving you nothing for your money. Just enough so you can't complain but you see the lack of portion as soon as it's served. An hour later and I'm starving. I'm so mad I went there. I had no choice but to eat out tonight and times are hard right now. You guys suck.

Service was amazing, super friendly people but the food is not. I got the Shanghai Bok Choy and Takashai Mushroom and it was so wet and watery. The mushrooms were so soggy and they didn’t possess any flavor. The bokchoy were steamed and reeked of an odd smell. They had no taste whatsoever. It was so bland ? I just wasted my money tbh Also, the sriracha they had at the table was expired!

I've eaten here probably 15 times and I'm rarely disappointed. The broth and veggies are always delicious, and my only critique is sometimes the tofu is cooked differently from visit to visit. It's never bad, but sometimes significantly better than other times. All in all a very nice bowl of pho.

*I am changing from 2 stars to 3 stars instead because the owner of manager saw my review & responded, & I confirm that they refunded my whole order. Clearly a trustworthy establishment. Thank you.First of all for the record, we are not from Austin. Went to this place because it was decently close to our hotel in North Austin.I called the order in: stir fried flat noodle with beef & shrimp. When I came to pick it up, the nice young gentleman asked me if my order was CRISPY noodle stir fry w/beef. I told him no, it is the SOFT noodles stir fry with beef & shrimp. He told me my order would be out shortly. The positive about this place is that it seems to be in a good location, was nicely & lively decorated, and clean. The negative is related to my food- I was charged $17 + tax which was not the price on the menu online. The young man explained that they just recently changed prices so it was not yet updated online, & also, it would be a little more since I ordered a combination meat. When I got back to the hotel & looked at my order, to my dismay, instead of beef & shrimp, it was beef & chicken. The beef was tender enough, but still a bit chewy as compared to how I've had it at many other restaurants back home in Houston. Of course, I did not eat the chicken. Perhaps because they had to put my order at the last minute since they got it wrong the first time, the flavor was not very good. It was quite bland. And some of the noodles were clumped together and would not separate.I would not return.
