New management doesn’t have it together. There is one bar now. We waited in line for an hour and 20 minutes for drinks. Friends ordered at a table and waited just as long and were served cold food. The bar was so disorganized, 5 people crawling over each other. The person taking payment was also making drinks, making the line take so long. The only games being played were baseball and football even though Austin fc was playing an away game that night. No soccer at a place called “The Pitch”? The $15 cocktail was over priced and watered down.

I hadn’t been to here at night time. They have a ton of cool LEDs set up and it’s fun to walk around at night with your significant other. Good way to get some extra steps in during the day.

I had a prepaid reservation for a pickleball court on Sunday at 11 am, but it was rainy. Tried to reach them by phone after they opened at 10 to see if a rain check was possible - went to voicemail. Left message, no one called back. Drove over there, the place was abandoned. Not a single employee in sight, still not answering the phone. Left a couple of voicemails, sent them an email - zero response. Tried to reach them again four days later, calling again during normal hours of operation - straight to voicemail. Never responded to my email. That’s $30 down the drain! Unacceptable level of customer service!

Bad. Hours online said they are open at 10am. Absolutely no one was there. We paid for 2 pickle ball courts. Tried calling and the line went to voicemail saying their operators were all “busy helping other customers.” Being the only customers there, this place was a complete scam. Great concept if someone were to actually run the place.

The whole place is vacant and locked during open hours… we paid $40 for court reservations bc the website said we needed one and can’t get our money back bc there’s no one to answer the phone. There was a janitor who said the place has been vacant for a while. Don’t pay for courts!

Unreliable Hours. No one is here. Completely vacant on a sunday when it says facilities are open and 10am. Mind you they also charge us for two courts. Probably a good place on a better day but horrible to deal with

Great concept and has potential. The ice skating was terrible even for pseudo ice. unskatable. Pickle ball court lights were not working after sundown. Food options limited and staff uninterested in service. Hope they get their act together as it's a cool spot for families and friends to hang if they could improve some areas.

I don't even want to give a star. WORST.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this business on December 24th.(CHRISTMAS EVE RUINED)
I purchased tickets for the 24th based on the information on their website, which stated the hours were from 12 PM to 5 PM. I even received an email confirming these hours, but when I arrived, the place was completely closed. There were no employees, no notice, and no way to reach anyone for help. The only person I saw was a child who mentioned the business was closed. ** (They didn't even notice that they will be closed. I bought tickets and they told me to come anytime)

I tried calling customer service multiple times, but there was no answer. I ended up wasting my time and money driving there for nothing, especially on Christmas Eve. This lack of communication and the total disregard for customers is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and would like a full refund for the tickets I purchased.

I will not be returning, and I highly recommend others avoid wasting their time and money here.
I would like a refund. I couldn't even enter the place what is that. I spent money and you guys did so dirty to me and my family
