Last night, I stumbled upon a hidden gem on wheels The Potluck! This unassuming food truck was pumping out some of the most mouthwatering chicken wings I've ever tasted. The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a perfect balance of heat and flavor. I opted for the flavors Star Dust and Trump wings, and both were absolute fire. The Star Dust had a bold flavor that lingered on my palate, while the Trump wings offered a sweet and spicy kick that was simply addictive. But it wasn't just the wings that impressed me. The sides were equally delicious. The Gumbo was perfect and the seafood mac was the perfect counterpoint to the fiery wings. This spot is a go anytime. We normally go when it's late and there's only a few things open. The wings are always on point and if it's your first time spoiler alert...you get to taste test. My favorite so far are the Trump wings it's a wet sweet and has a tang to it. They also host comedy shows on Riverside which are always a good night out, an all around good vibe.

How did I not know about this gem?!!! We had the Crack Wings/fries and they were deeeelicious!! The seasoning was so good and the chicken was cooked perfectly! We will definitely be back and we definitely would recommend Potluck!! Thank you to the young man working! He was friendly let us try the Loose Cannon chicken and my goodness if you like heat this is it!! Spicy and perfect seasoning.

This was our first time coming here. The guy (assuming he was the owner) was super cool and gave us info about the menu. He gave us some samples & WOW so yummy!! These wings definitely exceeded our expectations! Best wings we’ve tried & amazing customer service. Glad we tried, will be back for more. 10/10

Great wings!!! Different than most places. We will be going back to try some different flavors. So far the blue magic are my favorite. We did try the mango habanero tjat is new and those were great. How to hot or sweet. We also tried the ranch fries extra crispy and they did not disappoint either. Most try!!

No its not cap. They are using Too Good To Go not as a way to get rid of waste but to boost revenue. I swear they have nothing left over and all they do was fry up a few wings for everyone who signed up just to fulfill some kind of order. 2 high school kids were working the station and the only customer service was them telling me "two minutes" and then waiting for 20 minutes to get only 4 wings. Went to DQ afterwards because, again, all I got were 4 wings.
I'm not here to roast you. I'm literally telling people who are going to do To-Good-To-Go for this place to expect THIS, bc THIS is what I got.
