We had the oxtail plate with greens and yams, lamb chops, and the fish plate fish plate with mac and okra.

Oxtail plate was great, well seasoned. The yams were canned but still okay. The lamb chops were good but could have been seared a little longer. Fish was okay and fried okra was pretty good! That watermelon Kool AID ----- BUSSIN! Cornbread...... BUSSIN!

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders with 1 side of macaroni and cheese and my husband did the same but with rice and gravy for his side. Chicken tenders are usually just okay for me, but the breading on these is fantastic. The tenders were flavorful and moist. I am a mac and cheese person though and I would put theirs in my top three. I am in town for the weekend with my family and decided to try this restaurant after a disappointing experience at a nearby competitor. I'm so glad we did! The customer service was outstanding, and the food was even better. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, hot, and fresh. The side dishes were equally impressive, and the chicken was amazing—it’s so good you don’t need anything with it! I’ll definitely return whenever I’m in town and will happily recommend this...
