It's an amazing place for live music. If you are in Austin, you need to run here and stay until it closes at 1am! They book amazing bands. It's relaxed and low key. Just go. Really. Just go.
This hidden gem on Airport Rd. has the best blues artists playing regularly on stage. The bartenders are fantastic, and there’s usually free popcorn available. You won’t be disappointed by the amazing acoustics/sound. The back patio for a little fresh air between sets is another reason to give this place a try. 5 stars all the way!
If you’re looking for a classic Austin experience with great live music, look no further than the Skylark Lounge. This place has it all: an inviting atmosphere, incredible staff, and a friendly, hands-on owner who makes you feel right at home. Soul Man Sam brought down the house with his powerful voice and captivating stage presence, and Speer was equally amazing. The artists here have so much talent and soul, and the vibe is both warm and electric—it's a real rescue...
