I did a blind BBQ Brisket and Sausage taste test with 8 people between Agape, Smokey Moe's, Rudy's, and Stiles Switch was a close second to Agape BBQ from Liberty Hill. But Stiles BBQ has the best aviance and generous portions. That settled all the arguments. I did not need to test Interstellar we already know about them.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Switch Belterra last weekend. We reserved the party room for approximately 35 people, and opted for the Mexican buffet, which included smoked chicken and brisket enchiladas, along with rice, beans, queso and chips. I can't say enough good things about the service and the room itself was decorated beautifully and set appropriate to the amount of guests. The room can hold a larger crowd but it was arranged so it felt spacious but...

Sit down / waiter restaurant. Good brisket. Easy to park. No crazy lines. Went close to closing and they hadn't sold out. Better than Leroy and Lewis, not as good as Terry Blacks. Probably a little better than Rudys (and Rudy's is good!).
