This is a review on the service and the business. 2 to 3 days ago, they posted on Insta and Facebook that they open at 12pm on Wednesdays. I checked online Tuesday night and it wasn’t accepting to go orders for the next day, but on We’d morning the online ordering was opened so I placed an order for pickup after they open. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived, the food truck was not open and no one showed up. Waited about 40 minutes and called the business multiple times, no response. Checked online for any possible unexpected issues, no communication. Super disappointing and from talking to people it seems like this is a regular occurrence. Wished I could have tried the food but I will not be trying again.

Great food, wait time was extremely frustrating. Waited over 40 minutes for them to tell us they couldn’t make the dish we wanted originally and then waited 20 more to get our actual food. Customer service was good besides that, got a partial refund and the cashier was very kind and understood our frustration.

The Chuletas and Rice was *chefs kiss* oh so good!! The meat was juicy and tender, the white rice cooked to perfection. Prices are fair and worth it for the mouth-gasm. I'll be coming back soon!

Thanks for the great food and chat today. Went w my sister for first time from Cedar Park. Got 2 carne frita plates and 1 fried chicken plate. All was still hot and fresh tasting when i got back home. My 88 year old mom has cancer and could not come but got her a plate. She loved the carne frita and found the mofongo moist and soft how she likes it. Rest of family loved it all. Just recommend to have some Puerto Rican desserts. Highly recommended w great owner conversation today. Will come back for sure!!!!!! Buen provecho!

Hands down one of the best food trucks around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The burgers are packed with flavor! I tried the Bacon Burger and it was amazing! Came with crispy fries too! The sides like mozzarella sticks and onion rings are also really good!
The prices are great for the portions, and you can tell everything is made fresh! Plus, the service is super friendly and welcoming.
Definitely recommend checking out The Texarican512 if you want a solid burger and a good vibe!
