Went by at 4;25pm on Saturday and showd on the website as open til 10pm but no one there. It was closed ..I really wanted to eat Puerto Rican food since it was close to me. Very bummed out

After reading the review la I had great hopes for this food truck.. I was disappointed.. I ordered carne frita with arroz con gandules and tostones. The best thing on the plate were the 2 tostones that came with the order. The carne frita was ok it was fried just right but lacked a little in seasoning and arroz con gandules was undercooked and bland as well. I ate the tostones and carne frita but I threw the rice away because it was too undercooked. Overall the service was good and the portion itself would’ve been great if the rice was edible.

MMM MMM MMM BORICUA. That is some real Puerto Rican cooking. The beef with rice & maduros hit the spot. Also got a side of tostones. The flavor, temperature & portion was great for the cost.
Parking: Use the shopping plaza parking.
