The food itself was amazing, the little area of vegan utopia is brilliant. Go support it, because it's awesome!
Got the crunch wrap and the nachos. Both were very tasty!!
We ordered 4 of the tacos for a breakfast on the way oot on a roadtrip. They were a top ten dining experience after 35 years of veganism. Really so tasty. One taco is enough for a meal -they are loaded. Gracias Madre taco was great but our favorites were the taco with rice paper bacon and one with chilaquiles. Updated from previous review on 2025-04-02
We’ve been here twice already in our trip to Austin, both times were amazing. The staff here are super friendly and the food is incredible! We had a breakfast burrito which was so filling and delicious, as well as a multitude of breakfast tacos. A must visit when in Austin!
Vegan or not these tacos are dynamite by any standard of tastiness.
Cool little ducked off place. I liked it definitely would go hang out there

I hate writing bad reviews but after my visit today I'm feeling very disappointed- this is my second time coming here and having to wait an HOUR for just a few tacos. don't bother coming here on the weekend unless you have nothing better to do but wait around while hungry. Guy taking our order was also acting super high. Bunch of people who ordered after us got their food way before us so idk if they just felt like skipping us or what. If they lost my order some accountability would've been nice.
There needs to be some communication if wait times are going to be an hour for a small order. Not everyone has all day to wait that long for food. Its ridiculous when there isn't even a line when you get there and they don't even tell you your food won't be ready for 60 minutes. There's no communication from staff. One of the tacos I received wasn't even hot.
Please figure out a way to reduce your wait times or at least give people the option to know before ordering so they can leave if they don't have an hour to waste.
Also people driving to you and showing up in person should get priority for receiving their food. This seems to be a trend based on other reviews of long wait times for in-person service. Perhaps limit how many online orders you take or adjust your staffing. Waiting over 30 minutes for a few togo tacos at 4 pm is just absurd. At bare minimum there needs to be communication to guests.

The food park is nice but that's where it stops. My wife is pregnant and wanted nachos. We got nachos here and they were extremely salty. When my wife asked them about the "salt" all the person said was "it taste fine to me". I approached them about the over salted nachos and the lady said "we don't make it, it may be the queso and it may be a little salty". They didn't want to make the situation right so I threw away all the nachos because we won't eat them which was a waste of food and money. Very frustrated with this experience as it started out nice and was considering to get wings here but won't return to this food park due to service. To top this off, another lady asked politely for a straw and when she left, the 2 workers behind the burger/wing truck said the following when she walked away "we care about the turtles and the planet". I assume they don't care about human beings... I have never witnessed rude staff in my life.
Thanks, Chris. I did throw the basket away because I was livid. And the same lady that told my wife she could not resolve anything with our order which is very contradicting now that you said that staff works to resolve things (even after a generous $10 tip where initially we were happy) - she told me "you can leave a review". So I did just that. Service was trash and we were nothing but nice and was treated with no respect. This was the worse food I have tried in over three years. We used to frequent this place on a weekly basis 3 years ago and thought we would try it again now that we are back in the area.
My recommendation is that staff needs to know that they can offer solutions to issues before patrons become very frustrated and also maybe not tell them to go "write a review" if you are going to poke fun at me for writing a review after leaving.
I appreciate your reply back and am too amicable. As I mentioned on my first post, my wife first asked about why the nachos were so salty and was told "they're not salty to me". With no resolutions, I was upset. I waited about 3-5 minutes to cool down as she is pregnant and trying not to be stressed (this was on our return trip from the Bahamas after having long flight delays and this was the first place we wanted to hit when back in Austin due to prior nastalgia and loving this place). I then approached the truck and asked "why is this so salty". The lady literally said "we don't make it here and it may be a little salty". And again, no resolution, no apology, no nothing. This really upset me as we were polite, and as I said happy to be there and left a $10 tip on $30 order of nachos and whatever food our foreign exchange student from Germany ordered. So, yes, and I already mentioned this prior - I told her this was the worse food I have had in 3 years. She again, did nothing and no apology. Then I said "where's the trash, that's where it belongs". I found it and threw everything in there. At that time, I was unaware the food baskets was not trash, we used to get these in paper like boxes to go frequently when we used to visit weekly. She yelled out of the food truck that they were not trash. I was already upset and at this point did not want to cater to someone who was not willing to help resolve anything and threw my hands up. I was about to grab them prior but heard rude chatter that I shall not repeat that occurred inside the food truck and that is when I threw my hands up out of "giving up on this establishment". This breaks my heart because, during COVID times and post COVID when companies struggled, we pumped, a family of 4, over 100-150$ weekly which is 400-600$ month there at this food truck in food (at that time I believe the nachos were called Jorge or something). So at least on my"story" I agree that I got upset but after having no resolution. If we were so "hostile" then why did we ever leave a tip ove

I ordered ahead of time online, drove 20 min on my lunch break to come try them out, and then got my work closed completely soaked in the rain to find out they just decided to close early cause it was raining. Did not communicate to me at all. And won’t answer the phone. Pretty horrible experience. Please refund my order! Thanks!

Either the people running the truck are just super high or they are super rude, either way bad service for cold tacos. Too bad, the tacos are good - but not served cold after an hour waiting.

I love this whole food truck park! So many options! This particular one had great Mexican choices. The nachos were amazing!
korean bbq and #2 were really good! however, after eating the #2 my stomach felt like something sharp was stabbing me for almost an hour.
Lots of delicious breakfast vegan breakfast tacos and other food. They were also cheap! The square where the truck is located has a lot of other cool food trucks. Updated from previous review on 2025-01-26
