We ordered 4 of the tacos for a breakfast on the way oot on a roadtrip.
They were a top ten dining experience after 35 years of veganism. Really so tasty.
One taco is enough for a meal -they are loaded.
Gracias Madre taco was great but
our favorites were the taco with rice paper bacon and one with chilaquiles.

We’ve been here twice already in our trip to Austin, both times were amazing. The staff here are super friendly and the food is incredible! We had a breakfast burrito which was so filling and delicious, as well as a multitude of breakfast tacos. A must visit when in Austin!
Lots of delicious breakfast vegan breakfast tacos and other food. They were also cheap! The square where the truck is located has a lot of other cool food trucks.
