We’ve been to The Water Trough a few times now and in aggregate it is a fun and lively place to dine at. The closest parking is the Orange Garage so the walk over is quick. Breakfast or dinner, it is a nice, clean place with a good vibe and good food. The setting at night is much better as they have live music most nights and put up the garage shutter so you can hear it from their outdoor portion as well.

We had the most amazing dinner at the Water Trough! Our waiter was attentive and friendly, and the manager Bobby is so nice and fun as well. Great places to sit inside and outside. We loved the atmosphere with great vibe, live music (very talented guitarist and singer) that was a great volume, nice for the atmosphere but wasn’t too loud so you can still enjoy conversation. The food was very good, the bar staff was super friendly, but the atmosphere was different than I expected... I didn't realize until I walked in that it was directly attached to the hotel, and people checking in would be walking by during dinner, or kids would be swimming and yelling (nothing major just being kids, just wasn't what I expected).
