Grab & Go smoothies + Yoga Studio! This kind of place aligns itself to be "too upscale" or uptight with its offerings and location. It wasn't and instead we were greeted with super helpful and kind staff (plus a great grab and go Overnight Oats). For a health spot on the go, The Well was quite nice.

The salads I have tried here are okay but never quite satisfying enough even though they sound delicious on the menu.

What a refreshing choice for healthy, non-seed oil dining! The ambiance is stellar and a brunch or dinner feels like a special occasion. This is literally one of the only restaurants in Austin that is completely seed-oil free. My body and gut thank you!

The Well completely exceeded my expectations! We wanted a place where everyone, including our vegan friends, could enjoy delicious food. Their menu is bursting with fresh, flavorful choices that didn't leave anyone feeling deprived. Plus, they have a great selection of cafe drinks and cocktails. The decor is really nice, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Our waiter was super friendly and service was extremely fast. If you're looking for a healthy and tasty meal that feels special, definitely give The Well a try!

Was recommended this place while visiting Austin with the wife since she had many dietary restrictions at the time. Would I come here if I was not health conscious? Probably not, but if you are looking for healthy options with good food that accommodates many dietary restrictions, I would definitely recommend The Well. Good vibes, service, price is your typical trendy restaurant upcharge but reasonable. Would I Go Out of My Way to Try? Yes Would I Return? Yes Ambiance- 9/10 Food Taste- 9/10 Service- 10/10 Value- 8/10

Booked a last minute reservation for a girls brunch and they were very accommodating! The food here is definitely on the healthier/cleaner side which is actually so nice to see. Their drink selection is amazing and definitely coming back for the blue matcha latte!

When you're on a restricted dietary regimen and having lunch with a pregnant friend who has nut and green bean allergies, it can be a challenge finding a healthy place to eat in the BBQ state of Texas. I mean I hate to be "that customer" who is so nitpicky "is that organic eggs, pastured chicken or grass fed beef?" So finding The Well while on a business trip to Austin was a relief. You can choose to dine outside in the airy patio or inside. We choose inside for air conditioning- weather started feeling humid. The restaurant ambiance feels like a spa, lots of plants, green and light colored wood furnishings. So relaxing. I ordered a matcha tonic drink - made a note to myself to try to recreate this at home. Ordered the Organic 3-egg omelette $16 - pasture-raised egg, wild mushroom, marinated tomato, organic spinach, chimichurri, petite greens salad. Was thrilled that the salad was arugula! Yay! Great for the digestion! This plate was huge, I could practically only eat this meal for the whole day and feel satiated and healthy. Service is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My mind, body and spirit loves this place!

I was very interested to try this place out as their focus is on healthy eating. Although it was busy I was lucky enough to be seated right away. The atmosphere fit with their higher end health conscious approach. The part of my meal that stood out to me the most was the service, they were very friendly and checked in often. The food also did not disappoint, but it is on the expensive side as expected. Gluten Free: The entire menu is gluten free so can't go wrong!

I really wanted to like this place . . in fact I've given it more than a fair shot and probably ate here at least 8-10 times since it's a popular pick for those who are health conscious, gluten and seed oil free - which is a huge plus! Unfortunately, not once have I been impressed by the food nor the service. The food not only takes forever to come out but it's also overpriced and nothing to write home about. You are paying for the atmosphere if anything. The service has also been awful. It's not that any of the servers have been rude, it's more so a LACK of service. My most recent visit, I took a couple here from out of town since I knew The Well was gluten free. The server came over and came across as she didn't want to be there. She was extremely soft-spoken and skipped over the whole intro for first timers. She did not have a warm personality. She delivered the plate of food and tipped it to where some of the food fell off the plate and almost onto the floor then the server awkwardly walked away after acknowledging what she did. She never came back to refill our coffee and tbh I don't remember even seeing her again after that. She never apologized or checked back in to see how the food was. After waiting around for more than 30 mins post-eating, I had to go up and ask for the check myself as she was MIA for our table. It's not even like it was busy. We made reservations and there are specific instructions on which parking garage to park at, mentioning that The Well validates up to 2 hours of parking. Upon leaving, we ask them to validate our parking and they said they ran out. So we had to pay $23 to park which should have been free. They also overcharged the price of one of our drinks. I remember my first time eating here was just as awful of an experience. I gave them grace thinking / hoping it would get better but nothing has improved except for the atmosphere. If you want great food and service, go elsewhere.

Everything at this place is spot on. Food is excellent. The costumer service exceeds expectations. Congratulations to the staff and managers.

Enjoyed a girls' night out at this local spot! Opted for bone broth - I had chicken, they had beef. Delicious and satisfying, especially paired with a Hibiscus martini. Definitely check out this restaurant if you're in the area!

They didn't have soda I'm not a drinker and honestly I drink soda for my substitution for drinking. But I had to order a drink and which I didn't even touch my wine because I didn't want to drink. I'm a very healthy girl but this restaurant was definitely meant to be in LA cause it's giving very LA. & me visiting Texas I wanted to EAT EAT I just got the tacos and called it a day. It was a very cute ambiance but just very boring vibes. Me and my friends had a great time just wasn't my vibe

I've never walked outside a restaurant smiling so much, the food was instagram worthy, my server Cameron was extremely helpful and attentive, all of my allergies were catered to. Even after eating you feel energetic and light because the food is so healthy. Cocktails are amazing I would definitely come back and bring friends !P.S. K was so funny when she dropped our cocktail off.P.P.S. Take lots of instagram pics and tag the Well. They will add you to there story.
