Cute decor, nice ambiance, welcoming hosts, delicious food! That’s the best description of The Well! The Well actually stands for eating and living well, which you’ll know after getting there. Do try their lettuce wrap, it refreshing and delicious. Their avocado toast is yum with amazing fresh avocados presented in an amazing manner.
Want to try Flourless Chocolate cake? Do try it at well! You can actually taste cocoa in it but the berries and almonds served with their chocolate cake just blend well and make it a good dessert.
Not pocket friendly but the food and ambiance make it worth it!

Sat there for 20 min and did not get served. Waitresses walked passed our table and made eye contact with us many times. The table that was sat down next to us got served within 5 minutes, but didn’t even come to our table once. Do better with service. I’ve been here many times but this ruined the experience for me.

I did not catch the employees name, but the service provided was the most infantilizing experience I’ve had- will not go back.

Really, really bad service. I don't care how good the food is, if your customer service sucks and I'm not even greeted for 10 minutes

I’m kinda hesitant to give The Well 5 stars and I don’t really know why. Read on to observe my random thoughts of this place.
We came here with my parents and our waitress was super sweet. I liked that they had outside seating options. Dinner is a quieter time to come. I guess lunch gets pretty crazy.
We ordered the credo queso - labelled local cashew queso on the menu. When I tried it I thought it tasted like the kind I bought from the store- and I was actually right! I just realized that it’s sold on Instacart for like $6. Anyway, kind of strange for them to sell it for $13 but I guess they’re being up front about it.
We also ordered the lettuce wraps, coconut curry squash and mushroom tacos. Everything was tasty and fresh. It is clear that all of the food is very “clean”, but at the same time it’s not very complex and I think it would be pretty easy to re-create many of the vegetarian dishes at home for a fraction of the cost. But who am I to judge a restaurant for offering healthy food? I think it’s great that there are more healthy alternatives coming in.
At the same time, they also offer beef and alcohol- clean of course. Sometimes I feel like I’m harder on the restaurants that sell themselves as “healthy” because I hold them to a higher level of judgement. Really what I should be doing is applauding them for existing when you have way too much processed and shitty food being served to people.
So I will stick with 4 stars. The food is clean and healthy (if you stick to vegetarian, and vegan since they don’t serve dairy, in my opinion) which is a plus but it’s also a bit pricey.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing flavors and flare that each dish presented! The bon brothe are truly out of this world! The salads are divine too. I love the smoothies. Brunch but a little of a miss for us and we would love to see a Texas type of flare in the menu there but it’s a great spot with yummy health centered food!!

I've been twice and the first time was yummy, however the second visit was quite disappointing. When we arrived at 11:30 for lunch, we learned they were out of bread which was such a bummer because the three dishes we planned to order were bread based. It would have been nice to have posted this somewhere so we didn't waste time in line selecting dishes and then have to scramble when it was our turn. We then ordered and were about to grab a table and were informed that it was promised to someone else - okay cool - there is an informal waitlist- so we can get the next table since we were next in line. fast forward 15 minutes and a table left so I went to grab that table and was told it was promised to someone else. I let them know we were next in line but because it was a 4-top and we were only 2, that apparently pushed them ahead. Super frustrating and they need a better system. We ended up leaving because our food was coming out and couldn't get a table. The team could have easily made this into a win but opted to not care about creating such an awful experience. They refunded me which I appreciated but I'm not sure I'll be back to this location. when you're paying $80 for a lunch without cocktails, I expect better service. We ended up going to Fresas down the street and it was awesome.

LOL they were literally playing my Spotify playlist therefore how can they go wrong. I don’t look for gluten free food but this was a refreshing change. They are many steps above only being just gluten free. They use fermented sugar cane oils, something new I learned today. Much better taste. The salmon tartare, not French style, but was really yummy and better than the French one! The pasta with ground grass fed beef, chicken tacos and the desert special were all astoundingly tasty. What a great find.

My partner and I would highly recommend The Well to anyone looking for a spot to enjoy delicious food and cocktails. While we didn’t try their house-made juices, we were pleasantly surprised with their brunch offerings. We had the breakfast tacos and the BAE Toast (avocado toast). The food was delicious and perfectly balanced with a variety of flavors and textures. The real star of the show was their mimosa offered with a variety of juices. Not only is an entire glass filled with champagne, but the juice is fresh and crisp. Mya, our server was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable of the menu, and was such a delight to talk to. We absolutely recommend this location of the Well and would highly recommend Mya. If we lived here, this would easily become one of my daily favorites.

Great spot with beautiful ambiance and healthy & tasty selections. I love that Austin now has health conscious places that support clean eating. You can’t always eat bbq :)

With a dairy free diet it’s often times difficult to find places to eat out. It was very comforting knowing anything I order was dairy free!
We ordered the Cesar salad, Credo Queso, and Thai lettuce wrap. BONUS- if you go between 3pm-5pm they have happy hour specials.
Everything was so flavorful and delicious. Will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu.
Service was great with the 2 young ladies that worked there with the recommendations they had.
