We used Thin Blue Smokery to cater our wedding and it was superb. Everything was delicious. The turkey was phenomenal. The sweet potato enchiladas were a hit with our vegetarian and non vegetarian guest. We highly recommend them for any event. They did all the set up and made our day a breeze.

Thin Blue Smokery catered our wedding in Driftwood on November 4th. They set everything up, provided all the serving ware making it easier for us. The food was incredible. There turkey is the best we have had. They also offered a vegan option that was a hit. Highly Recommend.
