We used Thin Blue Smokery to cater our wedding and it was superb. Everything was delicious. The turkey was phenomenal. The sweet potato enchiladas were a hit with our vegetarian and non vegetarian guest. We highly recommend them for any event. They did all the set up and made our day a breeze.

We just catered a birthday party with Thin Blue Smokery. In a word, "AMAZING"! We ordered the St. Louis ribs and they were excellent. The guests also raved about the street corn and cornbread. Everything was packaged for easy serving. We met at convenient location to pick up the order. Will definitely be back for brisket next time -- and more of same order.
