Bartenders were nice but the people that promote the bars walking outside are super rude. Had an interaction with someone last night promoting this bar and said we couldn’t stand on “his” corner and to go to another corner. I told him we aren’t directly in front of his bar and we can stand here if we wanted to, he than says “damn what’s up with the attitude?”. If you ask me, that’s not a way to promote a bar. Kept calling me baby and making my husband mad to where my husband said something about that and the guy was than being rude to my husband and his sister. The guy was a light skin guy with long curly hair in a ponytail. He definitely needs a retrain on how to promote and how to talk to people. The other people promoting the other bars lastnight respected that we were just hanging out and not interested after the first no we gave them. We will consider going to those other bars next time.

Blatantly performing credit card fraud on their customers, look at the other reviews. I was charged $60 unauthorized for nothing. Went into the business to report it and they could not care less. Couldn’t find the said transaction so the woman working as GM took my information down and said they would follow up, but almost a week has gone by with no response.
Do not go here you will become a fraud victim

I had a great time watching the chicago beers game. All the customers were very midwestern. The only problem I had was the bar staff.I ordered the same drinks from three different people and received three different prices.

Had a person lure my group off the street offering free drinks, and gave a drink that was 95% juice. Then they turn around and charge only the guys in our group, which they conveniently left out at the start. Will not ever be coming back. They should be ashamed.

We were heartbroken to discover, upon swiping our cards at the fee of 8 dollars each, that our four rounds of pop-a-shot were effectively voided because the machines had lost the ability to record made baskets. Did I win, or did my friend win. I'll never know. It's supposed to matter, but it didn't. I won't be returning without confirmation this technical mishap has been remedied. The alternatives for cheap shots and draft beer are plentiful in the vicinity. I pray this warning will shield potential victims from wrongfooting themselves as I did.

Stopped by this place LAST WEEKEND because a guy flagged my girlfriend and I down to come in for a free drink. Gave her a free drink and had me pay for mine which was about $9. Nearly 6 days later, I've had two attempted charges on my card for $20-$30 a piece. Luckily my card was locked or they would've stolen from me.

I’ve been trying for 3 days to contact someone and all you get is a voicemail and no callback. They double charged my card and need it corrected.

They slam you with a 20% gratuity if you order 6 green tea shots that take 1 minute and 30 seconds to make. Just go to the bar right next door where the green tea shots are 5 bucks each and not have automatic undisclosed gratuity applied.

Promoters will take your ID, the manager will not request camera footage to see what happened even though the last time the ID was seen was in the employee’s hand. Then was questioned why a black man would steal a white woman’s ID, as if I ever accused the employee of theft. I just wanted to see where the passport went. Zero help. Had to have another bar tell me who the manager was.

I’m almost certain they marry bottles and don’t count proper pours.
