Update: They did call me the following week and offered to buy lunch but I was only visiting that office so can't just fly 6 hours to get lunch. They said they had some new/irregular folks on the line and that's why the chicken wasn't added.Original review: I ordered a quesadilla and a “Thistle Fiesta Salad with Grilled Chicken” and didn’t receive any chicken on the grilled chicken salad...which left a mixed green salad definitely not worth $10.25 for lettuce, canned beans and jalapenos, and some cheese. The avocado was fresh sliced but I imagine the chicken is still sitting on the grill after I have walked back to my office with no way to stop back and complain/get a refund. The three avocado slices bumped it up a star.

I eat lunch here just about every day. They have a surprisingly varied menu for a small cafe, and I've never had a bad meal here. Some standouts are the Honey Dijon Turkey Melt and the Pastrami Reuben. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is always ready very quickly. Highly recommended!

I work at Via Fortuna and come here pretty much every day for lunch. The staff are friendly and the service is relatively quick. The food is tasty and does job for lunch time during the week.
Food is great and staff is super friendly. They have a nice variety which keeps things fresh.

Great breakfast tacos and friendly staff. I have not tried the lunch sandwiches yet. I had a Free Jolie on corn without the jalapeños. The green sauce was spicy and tasty!This restaurant is only open M-F for breakfast and lunch and is an offshoot of the Thistle Cafe downtown.
