The only place that feels like home in Texas. I hope they make the rosemary berry scones again, or share the recipe.
The three times I've gone, there have been no burridoughs without egg (my partner doesn't eat eggs), so if you're in the same boat, it's scones for you! If you do eat egg, the burridoughs are fantastic.
Favorite loaf so far is the rye sourdough!

Oh my goodness this place is absolutely delectable! The avocado, egg, and cheese burridough and trail mix cookie were dangerously good! They were both quite filling too so I was able to enjoy them for breakfast and lunch.

The blueberry rosemary scones are out of this world!!
Man finally found a place with awesome bread. This is the only place in Austin that you can get a loaf of bread that tasters like bread not like cotton pod. I’m originally from Europe and if you enjoy a tasty slice of bread I highly recommend this place.

Good sourdough bread. Place is very cozy but too cramped to eat in. The chocolate cookies are bangers

Chocolate peanut butter cup cookie was amazingly flavorful and slightly caramelized for a delightful crunch. Also enjoyed their pillowy avocado, egg, and cheese pastry. I look forward to trying more, including their pb&j cookie.
ThoroughBread is a small, friendly place that's easy to miss when speeding past. It's close to the road with a few parking places in front, but it's also right next door to a convenience store and Laundromat with a bit larger parking lot.

Staff is not receptive to allergies at all. I mentioned that i have a nut allergy but would like to still try a burridough. The cashier said “well we use the same tongs for everything so you cant eat it.”
I asked “what if you used different tongs?” to which she replied “hmmm no we only have one set of tongs.” Then i asked “what if you washed the tongs?” and she replied “no i’m just not gonna do that.”
Incredibly rude.

Kindly ask owners to make more bread, been there at 10am and there's already no bread left.

The customer service is a little toxic. The main reason I give it 2 * is they won’t give a sample for $10+ bread. Never seen such a silly policy. Or maybe the employee went against management directions?? This was a while back, but remember it. Lamesauce.

Their scone is the best I’ve ever had in my life. I’m a 31-year-old white dude from Fort Worth, Texas. Do with that information what you will.
