I have to update my review due to my absolutely horrible experience today once again another emo girl has ruined my experience because they can't handle assist a cisgender white male. Just ask for a large Cali club and she tried to make it without any meat basically the tiniest amount of turkey I've ever seen in my whole life and when I protested she made me pay for double meat just to get a reasonable amount of protein on my sandwich the attitude was horrible and ridiculously real.. you need to vent your hiring process and get these emotionally disturbed people off your staff..
Best sandwich I have had from you guys in a long time.. Amazing Cali Club.. Kudos to the staff at Westlake.

i got 2 subs delivered. barely any tuna salad or chicken salad on either. got charged extra for special ingredients that i didn’t receive on either sandwich. they were basically just bread:/i tried to call the store several times, as well, and got sent to voicemail each time.i usually love thunderclouds, but was deeply displeased with the quality and carelessness of this specific location today.

Always fresh and tasty - and I *think* maybe healthier than most sandwich places, though I can't say that with authority. At this location, they are always friendly and blindingly fast at whipping up your sandwich. Good stuff. If you need a sandwich, you can hardly do better.

Best tuna sandwich in Austin! Only gave 4 stars on service because they got the bread wrong on our sandwiches. It was a phone order, so we couldn't correct it. This is only the 2nd time I've had a mishap from them. I still highly recommend getting your sandwich here.

These poor poor employees. I think the sandwich artist felt so bad she made my pastrami sandwich extra delicious. If you go right after school let's out, there's about 30 children running around screaming holding other establishments food. Please thank these employees and be patient, they're co-running a daycare from 3-5:30pm.

Thanks for the OK sandwich. Would’ve tasted better if the person making my sandwich cared about who he makes it for. I started my order with “I would like a large Tuna on wheat.” He then just proceeds to mumble down to my sandwich and while I sand the there for 2 minutes he looks up and puts the sandwich down; “anything else?” I hear the 3 other employees at different times ask their customer what they wanted on their sandwich! So if you go to this location AVOID THE SHORT BLAD GUY!!!
