Not the best location and service, but definitely not the worst. There is a TON of broken glass out front in what would normally be a garden. Really odd and is a huge safety hazard.

Bomb, Fantastic, Splendid.I’ve been to several Thunderclouds around Austin & San Antonio, but this was the absolute best by far.I believe Emily was the one who helped my son and I, she was a class act to say the least.Attentive, helpful, and very personable without being overbearing which is hard to come by these days. (Give her a raise!)Will be making this my regular spot, thank you!

I only discovered Thunder Cloud because it was within walking distance of a job I am at. Well, I ordered an Italian sub and discovered that it comes with hots!!!!! I haven’t seen that since I left the east coast! It totally made my day and the sub is absolutely perfect.

TCloud get rid of online order. It's never done and end up waiting in line regardless. Sando not made correctly, old bread. Not going back for lunch.
The microwaves are a no go... steamers and a toaster would bring this place to the top.
