The older lady with the bandana and short, purple hair really messed up my order. She was talking with her friend when I walked up and didn't seem to want to stop. I'm allergic to olives and asked for no olives or mushrooms on my turkey delight. We had a whole conversation about it and how she doesn't like olives or mushrooms on her sandwichs either so this is especially disappointing. This is the second time this has happened with the same lady. Everyone else in the shop was super helpful and kind, even though this is the closest location to me sadly I will be avoiding it from now on. I have to throw away my sandwich now, please do better.

I went to this location there is a lady her this pink hair that is very Rudy she look up and down at men3 time before take my order and was jut very rude from the beginning , I think if your in a place where different people and races come in you more open minded, she couldn’t make 3 sandwiches right or a salad , I’ll probably never go back to this location.

Literally the best reason to go to Austin. I was not surprised to read that one of the founders is from Upstate New York, as that is where the best subs in the country are from. Every individual ingredient is on-point. How wonderful to enter a business that has incredibly honest prices and really sweet people serving you.

One time, a sandwich artist accidentally put bacon on my sandwich, which is one of my biggest fear foods, so I didn't eat at Thundercloud for ages. I missed Thundercloud the whole time. You are otherwise very good at sandwhiches, and I've forgiven you, and I am glad to have you back in my life.
The staff working today was amazing great customer service. The food was great! Went above and beyond to return my phone that I accidentally left behind!
