They had a steady lunch line, and Bailey was efficient and methodical handling set-up of both of my sandwiches at once, and no mix-ups. Great work, Bailey!

5 stars, not for being the most amazing thing I've ever eaten, but for being exactly what it needs to be as a cheap, fast, chain sub shop. Consistent, good quality, quick, friendly staff, decent seating and ambiance. Great prices. Good menu variety.

This is the absolute best sandwich spot in Austin, and my husband and I are totally obsessed with it. The menu items are priced really well, and the sandwiches are made with great portions. We love the Lady Bird sandwich (chicken salad) and The Club sandwich (turkey, ham, bacon). The thundersauce is a must, and don't forget to grab one of their brownies for dessert!

I struck out on good service today… :/“Where do y’all get your meat from?”“Wut?”“Like Boar’s Head or local farm or anything…?…”“A truck. Cysco. “Bottled water (like a 24 pack) was thrown in the cooler up front still in the plastic wrapping so I had to dig around to get to it. No big deal but I mean nobody leaves coke bottles in the little plastic thingy. You just wanna grab and go.Just felt like I was more of a nuisance than someone they want repeat business from.

I thought it was a great sandwich it was a tuna fish sandwich provolone all the fixings white bread the only thing I didn't like is they didn't have any lemons for my team and also I didn't see any jalapenos or banana peppers

Must be a shortage of egg salad and deli meats. Shouldn’t be I saw whole barrel of it. Paper thin meat and if I really searched through the lettuce I might have found the egg salad. Just barely enough to remember a time when thunder cloud made good subs.

Food is always good here. When the staff are not super busy they are real friendly. Nice to have a local business in the neighborhood. The other sandwich shops are mega chains.

Forget about Subway! If you are in the Austin area and want to grab a bite in tasty sub shape, try this small chain. Friendly stuff, fresh ingredients and good quality.
