Santa and Tay were amazing! Santa is an excellent hospitality professional, Tay took initiative to ask and explain dietary restrictions without knowing that I’m a vegetarian. They both deserve a raise!
friendly staff, great location, subs there are the best value, cheaper than jimmy johns and jersey mikes, a lot of customization (adding sprouts to a sandwich is a rare find for cheap), one of my favorite spots and while it is a chain this location crushes it

Thundercloud is my 2nd favorite sandwich place (1st is Jersey Mikes- I just love the freshness and the extra juices /mikes way).
Haven’t been to this location in YEARS - eating in here since I was starving and didn’t want to wait to take it home. Homeless guy came in. Tired of these damn homeless people. Am I the only person that feels this way!? Don’t answer
