friendly staff, great location, subs there are the best value, cheaper than jimmy johns and jersey mikes, a lot of customization (adding sprouts to a sandwich is a rare find for cheap), one of my favorite spots and while it is a chain this location crushes it
Great sandwich
Thundercloud is my 2nd favorite sandwich place (1st is Jersey Mikes- I just love the freshness and the extra juices /mikes way).
Haven’t been to this location in YEARS - eating in here since I was starving and didn’t want to wait to take it home. Homeless guy came in. Tired of these damn homeless people. Am I the only person that feels this way!? Don’t answer

The menu is over complicated and needs more photos but the food is ok. Most things taste the exact same no matter what’s in it. Still good price aswell. Also in general it feels super crowded in the restaurant.
