Finally tried ThunderCloud subs & quite enjoyed it! Inexpensive, $8 Italian sub, very tasty for a quick lunch stop. Pretty simple and direct, I included 1/2 & 1/2 sweet & spicy peppers which was a solid choice. Staff was friendly too! I'll be back!

I walked in today and was helped by a man wearing glasses and a black shirt. Unfortunately, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. As I was trying to explain how I wanted my sandwich, he interrupted me and didn’t allow me to finish speaking. I come to this shop at least twice a week and have never had an issue before, but today I didn’t feel welcome at all. I’ve never seen this employee before, but based on today’s experience, he should not be in a customer-facing role without proper training in communication and basic courtesy. I won’t be returning to this location for a while

ThunderCloud Subs was a fantastic experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better.

It was the worst experience I've ever had at a thundercloud sub. I genuinely love this place, but this location kills every bit of dignity I've encountered in other locations. Everyone working looked homeless. My sandwich guru thought it was ok for his belly to rub my sandwich. Lettuce nasty brown. Wow folks....
Have been picking up tuna subs from this ThunderCloud Subs location for years (decades). Normally, perfect sandwiches. Except today! Please do not put gobs of mayo on a sandwich without asking. Mayo was not requested, but there it was saturating the lettuce and bread into a gooey mess! I still love you guys, but your employees need more training!!!!

I really hate to be that person but come on put a little effort in how you show up to work. I really wanted to take a picture of one of the guys working behind the counter, wearing basketball shorts sagging on one side to the point where you could see his underwear and skin and visibly pulling them up with gloves while making sandwiches. I don’t think I will ever stop at this location ever again.

This was my first time at Thundercloud Subs, it's tucked away in a little corner and I only found it because google let me know They were there.I have never been so when I walked in I was suprised to find as a basic menu item a sandwich with all my preferences- the greenbelt.Rebecca was so nice she walked me through everything.One employee was in the back getting coached by the manager. He seems a little on the grumpy side I'm sure he could be nicer but all his feedback seemed reasonable and meant to help the customer so you can't be too hard on him.On my drink it says they've been making subs since 1975 and it shows. I was expecting little bits of dryness on the sandwich like I get at Jimmy John's some times, but it was perfect. The Jalepeno chips even seemed a little fresher. No joke this was mind blowing for such a small unremarkable spot. I will say this. Marketing isn't everything. They may not be as fast but they take their time to do a great job.All in all this place walks the walk.
