Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

What Krispy Kreme is to donuts, Tiff's is to cookies. They are light and feel a little like not enough of a treat, but available in great quantities at heavy discount if you know where to look (I mean, Krispy Kreme will straight up give kids free donuts so I'm not sure how that compares to getting like a dozen for nine bucks on too good to go). I have always been pleased with the service here but recommend always getting too good to go to save money.

Just wanted to rate this location the cookies r yummy arrived to us hot , fresh , soft , light crispy edges and overall amazing quality and taste of cookies. Delivered yummy n with customer satisfaction.

These cookies are addictive, and I believe they are better than any of the competitors. Every chocolate cookie I try is compared to Tiff's because they have become the baseline for my taste.

That being said, the price is out of control so I deducted one star. It seems to continually go up every year or two and currently at $2/cookie it just doesn't make sense. At this point, at least for us, we only order when there is a coupon of 40% minimum.

Last weekend I ordered 3 dozen cookies and the brownie trio through Uber eats for a party. the order arrived with one dozen missing. I didn't call Uber eats because I didn't want a credit...I wanted my cookies. I decided to call Tiff's Treats and got the call center. It was late(almost 10pm) and the customer service I received from Susan was absolutely stellar. She was so kind and professional. My missing cookies were delivered free of charge within 30 minutes! Of course they were warm and delicious as always!!

The service was top-notch! The employee was friendly and engaging. My cookies were warm and soft. Who could ask for more?
