Last weekend I ordered 3 dozen cookies and the brownie trio through Uber eats for a party. the order arrived with one dozen missing. I didn't call Uber eats because I didn't want a credit...I wanted my cookies. I decided to call Tiff's Treats and got the call center. It was late(almost 10pm) and the customer service I received from Susan was absolutely stellar. She was so kind and professional. My missing cookies were delivered free of charge within 30 minutes!...

That being said, the price is out of control so I deducted one star. It seems to continually go up every year or two and currently at $2/cookie it just doesn't make sense. At this point, at least for us, we only order when there is a coupon of 40% minimum.
