Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

Can’t count on them to meet the delivery window. Then they will lie about contacting the recipient and claim they attempted. Has happened on more than one occasion. Finally done with them asked to cancel membership and they partially refunded it because they say I benefited from their two hour late delivery. I would have benefited had you done it on time and not lied.

Ordered cookies to be delivered at a specific time, delivery driver was waiting 30 minutes for them. By the time they arrived, the person they were supposed to be a surprise for had left. Very disappointed, a special moment turned into a headache.

Absolutely terrible experience. Being a delivery driver, i would highly recommend avoiding this place. They are never on time with their orders. I've always had to wait 10 minutes or more to wait for them to pack cookies. While watching the manager goof off and not work on the order. Other times, they burnt the food and took 20+ minutes to remake it.

First time to try these cookies, my order was delivered newly baked at my home, Corpus Christi, Tx area! They’re chewy warm and really taste good!!! 10/10 recommend ??

I really like their warm cookies and that the chocolate chips one is indeed really delicious. Their staff are super nice and fast when I ordered a dozen to go. I do wish they had more seasonal flavors or branch out to try more interesting flavors than the classic ones. But it’s definitely a solid cookie place I would order from.

Tiff’s Treat’s gets a dozen stars for exemplary customer service and today they really went above and beyond for me!

For whatever reason the delivery apartment number wasn’t transferred to the order confirmation so the two dozen cookies couldn’t be delivered. I was anxiously awaiting the delivery to bring to a volunteer event so I immediately called Tiff’s and they graciously offered to redeliver ASAP to the event. There was still a minor snafu with driver communication when they arrived at the event but I blame technology as in the past I’ve had zero issues with delivery communication.

The volunteers were very, very excited for the Tiff’s Treats surprise and I’m thankful for Tiff’s excellent customer service. Sometimes life is a comedy of errors, and I felt that way today with this delivery, but it all worked out in the end!

Not necessarily for this site but for Tiffs management- tried to reset my password on the app and I get returning “you’re no longer logged in” — that was the point of needing to reset the password— oh well guess I’ll get cookies

I tried the chocolate cookie with the peanut butter cookie icecream sandwich. It was good but i have to say it was a bit too sweet, maybe don't get chocolate cookies.(I'm a sweet lover so that's saying something!)
