Want to try but no address or contact number found

This place appears to be very screwed up. My wife's from the Philippines and we wanted to try it. About one month ago, we went to the address on 11th st where the food trucks are. They weren't there any longer. We asked and the other trucks said they moved to 7th street. We went there and no truck there either. We wanted to eat there today. There's no where that it actually says where they are located - on their website or otherwise. A professional establishment would at least have a way to find them - and post the information on their website. This is a heck of a way to run a business when you don't tell people where you are at. We tried calling today. We got hung up on a couple of times. We also had a smart-aleck answer the phone and ask us if we wanted to listen to music. Then, he hung up on us. So, I texted and asked for the location. The 11th street address was texted back. We asked if they're back? We got nothing but rude texts back after that. One text said "they have rats in their food". WTF? I don't know if the owner knows that their customers are being treated this way? We gave the place one star without trying their food. You can't find the place. The people are extremely rude and even vulgar when they texted back (an image of an eggplant shaped a certain way). Anyway, as someone who's been in business a long time, an establishment must be doing very well to not provide their location and to be rude to new customers. Good luck with your business! You'll need it!

The Adobo fried rice is great and the meat is nicely seasoned. The service was awesome! Melvin is super nice and brings the food out to you. Try his specialty drinks!

Just went there for lunch with my boyfriend. Wanted him to have a taste of "home". Was very very happy both with the service and food. So very good and really did bring me back from the very first bite to the last. We even bonded over the things our parents say which just added to the experience. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this place. I highly highly recommend it. ❤

Awesome food from super friendly people! If you go you have to try everything, including the drinks. We got ube horchata and watermelon lychee drinks and they were both refreshing and delicious. The prices are very reasonable and you will be met with smiles and conversation. If you like spicy, ask for the hotter version of the sauce. Tito Adobo is situated in a small food truck park that has shaded benches. There is little parking so carpool or use other forms of transportation. Just go!!

Divine influence ushered us to Tito Adobo on the 4th of July. The head chef and owner, Elvin, is a beautiful culinary soul who only wants to share his gifts with the world. And let me tell ya, those gifts are a revelation. This is the type of truck where you take visitors from out of town. It is a pure expression of Austin food truck culture. Can't wait to come back this weekend!

Fantastic Filipino food with exceptional service! We had both their special of the day which was a sugar and vinegar braised pork that was melt in your mouth delicious served over white rice with their signature Apple Jicima Slaw. I could eat the slaw all day and it perfectly compliments the richness of the pork fat. I often find Filipino food comforting, but this dish took it a step further reminding me of a brown sugar roast chicken that was one of my favorite dishes my mom made. That's hard to pull off. We also had their Adobo Fried rice which was excellent too. We were able to customize the accompanying spiced vinegar to our spiciness preference. More spice means more Carolina Reaper pepper which I gladly welcomed. Tried their Pancit which was tasty and the noodles were done perfectly. Now for the star of the show, Chef Elvin, just one of the nicest, most genuine people you can encounter and helped make us feel at home and like long time friends. This was such an enjoyable experience. The only thing about Tito Adobo that makes me sad, is that they've been around for the past 2 or 3 years and I've only now tried them. I'll have to make up for lost time; I can't wait to return!
