I'm from out of town and I'm not sure who I irritated but this was a terrible experience. It took an hour and a half to get the basic boil for 2. They claimed it was because they were busy but I saw 3 tables that sat down after me get their food first. One of the tables was 10 people.
It all felt targeted.

The gumbo was the best I've had in Texas so far, just incredible. Fried okra was delicious. Husband tried the DKR sandwich and loved it as well. The drinks are a little small, and the service is a little slow so expect to spend at least an hour. Desserts sound like they're made to order as they went to bake a brownie that had been ordered. Overall a good experience!

Absolutely delicious seafood boil!!! Cajun spice is delightful and the shrimp were voluptuous 🔥🔥Angel was a great server and guided our choices perfectly - suggesting different spices and sauces for the different types of seafood we ordered!
The bartender was kinda nice. The food was really good and worth the $300, but not worth the atmosphere and bad attitude.

I love boil seafood. I was excited to try this place, and I was not very happy with it. It could have been a good place, but I do not see this place getting better. Like I always say, you can take it to the bank when a fat boy say good place. I would give this place low score because not worth place
Update
I have been talking to owner of the restaurant and I will give them another try next time in town. I am hoping it was just off night. I will write another next time in tow

I had the gumbo bowl and the portions were bad. I think I had like 2 shrimp in total. Getting seated was weird. Our server was kind but not quick with refills. I would not recommend this place for the amount of money spent.

Amazing Experience at TLC Austin!
We had such a fantastic time at TLC Austin! We started with the Caesar salads with chicken and the deviled eggs—both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, perfectly balanced, and left us craving more. To top it all off, the espresso martinis were simply amazing—some of the best we’ve ever had!
A huge shoutout to our waiter, Isaac, who truly made our visit special. He was super personable, gave excellent recommendations, and was such a pleasure to be around. His energy and vibe added so much to the overall experience.
TLC Austin has great food, drinks, and service. Highly recommend checking it out, and if you get Isaac as your waiter, you’re in for a treat!

TLC is great. My friend said her "authentic" gumbo was delish. My daughter and I tore up a dozen amazingly fresh oysters. The hush puppies are uniquely packed with flavor and have a crunchy outside. Check it out ATX!

Ate some oysters there earlier today for happy hour and about an hour and a half ago I started becoming violently sick to my stomach. I’m wondering if it’s food poisoning or if it’s vibriosis from the oysters??? The only other items I ate were a salad and some fries, and I can’t imagine how those things would make me so violently ill. Loved the atmosphere of the place but scared to go back now :(

I enjoyed myself. It had a nice vibe, and the service was fantastic.
Parking: There are plenty of places to shop in the area.
Kid-friendliness: There were several children enjoying the games located inside the restaurant.

The Candied Bacon Deviled Eggs were good. The King Crab and Snow Crab were good and easy to peel. And Shrimp were cooked perfectly as well. The atmosphere and overall experience is really good. Tried their TLC Signature style bit next time might go with more of a spicy option. Flavor was good.

Not bad. Unfortunately, a bit unreasonably priced. Deckhands, just down the street, is more affordable and tastes better.
Also, the server situation is unfortunate. All orders are done online. Not sure how to even order a refill for a non-alcoholic beverage. For prices this high, would be nice to be served.
Revised 2 years later: still outrageously expensive. Servers are non existent. Servings are small. To top it all off, they are astroturfing their reviews.

Everything was great but my food took over an hour, they discounted me. My family got thier food. Later, It was tough getting a refill of soda. I had to find staff 2x. There were staff but preoccupied with idk. The vibe was great, but the staff vibe was very tense. There weren't many patrons in the restaurant at the time.
