I absolutely LOVE Tommy Want Wingy, but I haven’t had it in a few months, because it is SO DAMN EXPENSIVE.
This is what’s been happening lately:
1) I go to the TWW website
2) I begin to place an order for pickup, I always get the ten piece wings with garlic fries.
3) I go to checkout, and instead of winging out 20 min later I simply chicken out, because I see the price, and I simply can’t justify paying almost $40 for an order of wings and fries :(:( I could get the five wings and fries I guess but I’m a hungry boy!!
4) Usually I just end up getting Wing Stop :(:(:( or I wait to get wings on a Monday at Frazier’s when they’re $1 each.
TWW can you please do a $1 wing day or something??? Maybe just for people in the service industry? You could even make it dine-in only! I literally live 5 min from Cosmic and would be there for a Sunday/Monday/Tuesday $1 wing day

They are awful! They charge you $1 dollar extra if you take the order to go i think is very ugly and greedy of them. Wings are dry and extremely salty.

Based on my experience of this place, I get the sense that, in order to work at the location at South Lamar, it must be a requirement that you be a fragile little grumpy curmudgeon with low-T who hasn’t been laid in years, and so you must take your frustration and sh*tty attitude out on everyone who orders food from you. The food is okay, but just prepare yourself that you’re definitely going to be dealing with some cranky little curmudgeons with low-T when who are having the worst day of their life, every day of their life, when you order.

The location at Cosmic is a vibe! Do NOT underestimate the spice of the buffalo lol it kicked my butt and I love spice! Lemon pepper was also yummy and the tots are super crispy!
Love their wings. Favorites are spicy pineapple and wings on fire. The garlic fries/tots are great too. Family knows it's a must when visiting Austin ♥️.

Thank you to the staff for getting a later order in and accommodating my family from out of town. It added to the trip to make it a great last evening in Austin. Delicious and enjoyable wings.I recommend a sauce option, not a dry rub.

If the staff doesn’t know how much wings cost, they should t even talk to customers. This place seems like the take a bite out of the wing before they sell it to you.

Quality has fallen. The wing size is smaller and had 2 out of 5 wings seemed old. OG sauce seems to have changed also.
