Top Taco absolutely crushed it at our company Christmas party. These guys rolled up with their taco truck dialed in and ready to go, and every single plate they served was a hit. The steak, the chicken, the al pastor — all cooked fresh on the flat-top right in front of us, loaded with flavor, and gone almost as fast as they could make them.

We hired Top Taco for our Arroyo Valle RV Resort 10/18/25 race event and their tacos were delicious. Everyone came out to enjoy them. They are quick to serve, hot, have lots of flavor and was greeted with a smile. Thank you for coming out and feeding us.

I hired Top Taco to be the food truck at a fundraising festival. They were easy to communicate with in advance-very responsive-and showed up tight on time at the event. The tacos were delicious and served hot and in a timely manner. They had a good selection for both vegetarians and meat eaters. We had only good comments from our attendees. We hope to use them again in the future.
