Sigh. So, Torchy’s is a “safe” place for me to eat as someone with severe celiac disease — or it WAS safe. Not sure what is happening at this location, but this is the second time this year my food has been contaminated after I leave an allergy note. First time, I waited 1.5 hours for an ONLINE order just for my taco to be put on a flour tortilla.Tonight, I found a literal piece of a fried chicken tender in my bag of chips. Unfortunately, it was pretty far down and I had already started eating them. How sick I get from cross contamination alone has me already calling in for work tomorrow.So I guess if you have severe food allergies or limitations, I would proceed with caution. Not worth it.

Kat was great. We ordered to eat in and let her know that we would do a takeout order too before we left. It was 8.30pm and they close at 9.00pm.She came out to the table that we were at and took the extra order to make sure it got to the kitchen before it closed. It was very kind of her. Thanks! ❤️

Consider ordering extra tortillas because there is soooo much goodness in these tacos!Just had the new Feb 2024 Churro Roscoe (Churroscoe) and it was so amazing. That was the perfect churro. Please start selling Churros!
Came in for a quick take out order after signing up for their rewards program. There was an easy designated pick up spot and manager was kind and informational about how the rewards program worked.
