Once again Torchy’s never disappoints. I’ve been here a few times and have had good experiences. I went again today and received great customer satisfaction from a worker — she gave me her review card and I was able to get her name, I believe it may have been Sherlyn. She was super attentive, made sure my order was right, and had such a positive attitude. The food was delicious as always and the vibe was great.

First time ever visiting a Torchy's location, but let me tell you, they have a new regular! When I walked in, the chill, lively vibes were immediately felt, and I knew I was at the right place. I was catching up with a couple of local friends, and I'm very glad they suggested Torchy's as the place to get a couple of drinks and chat. Not only was the environment superb, but the staff were superb as well! Big shout-out to Sherlyn, the cashier at the front, who walked me through the entire menu as I was trying to find what to try. Not only was she witty and friendly, but she was super attentive, answered every single one of my questions, made appropriate suggestions, and ensured my order was correct. Even after ordering with her, she came around a couple of times to check on how everything was and even helped us order some dessert (the churros were AWESOME btw)! Overall, this was an incredibly positive experience, and I will be coming back in the near future.

I am new to Austin and have heard so many good things about this place from my local friends! I was super stoked to meet Jessi tonight. She helped curate the most amazing vegan burrito to accommodate my dietary needs, it was so good and I literally can’t wait to go back again!

Ordered with Sherlyn and it was a seamless process. She then stopped by to check that everything came out correct and offered salsas if we wanted. Love having this location near the house. Margs are 10/10 too

Jessi was amazing at giving us recommendations, with a smile on her face and super kind and helpful! and the tacos were fantastic! Personal favorite was the Baja Shrimp and the Pork Taco she recommended us.

The tacos I always get there are the migas and I absolutely love them and the sweet tea is amazing but I would definitely try out all the other amazing things on the menus trust me you won't be disappointed

Brandon was bartending and gave me the best service I've had at any Torchys so far. He suggested the Naughty Santa and it's now my favorite thing here. I'll definitely be coming more because of him.
