I paid extra to get avocado on every single taco I ordered, and when I got home I realized every single taco was missing the avocado I paid extra for. How do you forget to check multiple tacos before sending it out?!!!

The food was good but the prices were twice what they should have been. Street taco for $6. The flavors were good. And able to do no cheese. The guacamole is a must. As is the loaded tater tots.

Torchy’s is consistently excellent. The tacos are always fresh and delicious and the queso is hands down the best on the planet!! The service here is great, and Shajuana truly stands out. She’s a kind, genuinely happy person and makes every visit great!! Delicious food, friendly service, and a nice casual vibe. We’ll keep coming back!!

I've been coming to Torchys for 15+ years- since there was only a single brick and mortar, and the trailer was still open. Just rolled into the South Congress location to find automated ordering kiosk machines. Gotta say, absolutely terrible - super limited ordering options, no sauce choices, etc. it has less customization than the app, how is that possible? Ordering from and talking to a real person is always better, I I can guarantee most of you your customer base would agree. Not to mention the natural consequence of kiosks is less jobs. Why eliminate a job position for a bad computer that no one wants?
Since I'm here- replacing the old potatoes for crispy tots was an awful decision. I don't want tater tots in tacos, I want potatoes. Please at least bring them back as an option. The new potatoes are awful.
Food is otherwise great. The person I ordered from was very nice and helpful. Please reconsider this kiosk decision.
