I called in an order for a chicharron and egg taco and a chorizo and egg taco at 6:15. It was only a 7 minute drive. I got there and had to wait another 25 minutes to before I got my tacos. When she told me the price, I was caught by surprise. $9 for 2 little breakfast tacos? I checked their menu and it said $2.99 for the chicharron taco. Not sure how I got overcharged by so much. The chicharron and egg taco was decent but the chorizo an egg was so dry. Would rather go to a corner of the gas station food truck where I can get bigger tacos for a better price.

This place could be a good place to eat, but the woman behind the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. She literally sucked her teeth at me when I ordered my taco. It was a chicken. Fajita. No veggies add avocado. Easy easy, and she got upset when I ordered them like it was against her for me to order such a taco. Then proceeded to toss my receipt at me to sign. NO TIP Given!! Good service deserves a tip. This woman deserves to be in the back.

5 years ago I had left a 5 star review. This year I'm changing my review due to the lack of effort they have put in. Prices went up as expected. Today's order did it for me. I ordered pico de gallo (over the phone I asked if it had cilantro, cashier said yes) when I arrived home I saw it had no cilantro. I got a large side of refried beans which should have been renamed to refried bean soup. The beans were so watery. Lastly, the red salsa! It was red watered down sauce. No spice at all. I did not want to make a big deal, but this is so ridiculous. The food you serve is not free and we pay the price which is not even the right price listed Online by the way. Please act like you take pride in preparing our food. I am so disappointed in Krystal Taqueria off Howard.

They try to scam you beware ! There was a short lady at the counter, I asked for tacos and two sprite she only gave me one sprite on the receipt and after asking for another sprite she said she had to do another check for sprite and charge me $5 because of minimum payment ! She did another receipt for 1.35 and asked me to write a 4$ tip as the 5$ was the minimum amount, I mean why should I pay those extra $4 when it’s the cashiers fault that she didn’t add two sprite on the receipt. 🤦🏻♂️

I bought a pozole to take away and they gave me literal water, water, if they don't have enough food why they sell what courage it's already closed if I wouldn't throw that crap they sold me at them 🤬🤬🤬
