5 years ago I had left a 5 star review. This year I'm changing my review due to the lack of effort they have put in. Prices went up as expected. Today's order did it for me. I ordered pico de gallo (over the phone I asked if it had cilantro, cashier said yes) when I arrived home I saw it had no cilantro. I got a large side of refried beans which should have been renamed to refried bean soup. The beans were so watery. Lastly, the red salsa! It was red watered down sauce. No spice at all. I did not want to make a big deal, but this is so ridiculous. The food you serve is not free and we pay the price which is not even the right price listed Online by the way. Please act like you take pride in preparing our food. I am so disappointed in Krystal Taqueria off Howard.

Could be me but a comment was made that I've never experienced before at this place until today. It was a little racist innuendo. I've been around the culture my entire life. Not funny right now with all the tension going on in the country. It was the woman who carried out the money today.

They try to scam you beware ! There was a short lady at the counter, I asked for tacos and two sprite she only gave me one sprite on the receipt and after asking for another sprite she said she had to do another check for sprite and charge me $5 because of minimum payment ! She did another receipt for 1.35 and asked me to write a 4$ tip as the 5$ was the minimum amount, I mean why should I pay those extra $4 when it’s the cashiers fault that she didn’t add two sprite on the receipt. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I notice they charge you different prices than they have on the menu. I talked to the waitress about this and she told me that there's nothing she could do "because the owner changed the prices on the computer" . The owner or manager were not there so we have to pay the bill and just not coming back. Months later, we were in a hurry and we were right there, decided to give them another chance...SAMETHING HAPPENED, prices on the menu were lower than we were charged for. Again, we were told the owner changed prices on the computers and not the menus. And again we had to pay whatever she was telling us. To me this is robbing people and this time we really won't ever come back to this fraudulent place
