Trianon cafe is the cutest coffee shop tucked away in Westlake. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The food, drinks and atmosphere are equally enjoyable. Highly recommend checking this place out.
Very, very helpful staff. I usually order a pound of Trianon Coffee’s Magnolia Blend ground coffee (as served at Austin’s fabulous Magnolia Cafe (“Sorry, We’re Open”) —great coffee!) and have it shipped to our home in the DFW area. I happened to be in Austin recently and decided to stop by Trianon Coffee to pick up our coffee. They did not have any Magnolia Blend on hand, but guess what? They whipped out a scale, measuring cups and a recipe card and hand mixed...
Coffee is good, service sucked. Went for the first time, felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome as the blonde woman taking our order made faces at us, talked to us in an very condescending tone, and made us feel as though we didn’t belong there. As someone who works in the service industry I would NEVER treat anyone as if they were less than me. Will not be returning but pls do better for the customers sake.
