I ordered one sandwich and one salad online in the morning because I was in a rush to get to work. When I arrived, my food still wasn’t ready.
To make things worse, they gave me two cold sandwiches instead of one sandwich and one salad. The sandwiches were ice cold, the cheese was hardened, the the avocado was cold and unappetizing.
To be fair, they usually do a great job — this is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience. Still, it was really disappointing, especially when you’re in a hurry and counting on things to be right.
I hope they take a look at their morning routine to avoid mistakes like this in the future.

Always get the Bahama Mama Smoothie and the Chipotle Chicken Wrap (on pita). Soooo good! Everyone is always kind! The food and smoke is perfect for me as a breakfast or light meal. I have had both around 7-8a and been comfortable till 6pm at night. Highly recommend! Will continue to keep coming back!!!

I’m giving the service 2 stars rather then 1 only because one specific individual helped me after I had issues with my smoothie , I tried to bring it to the owners attention and he brushed me off and told me it was made correctly when I knew for a fact it was NOT , I’ve had the same smoothie over 100 times at multiple different locations and this specific location it tasted nothing like it was sposed to and he didn’t offer to remake it the right way. The cashier looked miserable like he hated his job just overall not very welcoming & was a waste of money in my opinion.

I really love tropical smoothy cafe but it’s probably in best interests you don’t for dash it or order online. Go in person to watch and make sure they’re putting in and taking off what you’ve requested. I ordered an açaí bowl on door dash and requested no coconut (I am allergic) and no honey and no blue berries (swapped for banana) and yet they still put coconut and blue berries and honey on my bowl while the label said to not add these things. I was really disappointed because it’s my favorite place to eat and açaí bowls aren’t cheap. I’m grateful doordash did their part and at least refunded the item. I’m only posting this so others can be aware that ordering out is not the best option. I did have an experience a couple weeks ago where they still added honey and I over looked it by adding peanut butter and Nutella to mask the honey. They also gave me the wrong chips multiple times for my orders but that’s not my biggest concern. Thank you for reading this. I’d hate for someone to go into shock because someone didn’t pay attention like I almost did.

My sister order a Ascai Bowl and requested no coconut as she has a food allergy and can literally die from eating it however when she received her bowl there was coconut all over the top of the bowl. If you aren't going to listen to modifications maybe turn off Doordash completely or stop doing them completely.

Tropical Smoothie cafe has the best chia banana boast smoothies. I like to add chocolate or peanut butter protein powder to this amazing smoothie for breakfast.

Aside from the fact that bunch of unprofessional kids run the store, my wife’s smoothie as well as mine were very tasteless. Nothing more than a gas station smoothie. Furthermore, the gas station smoothie would be $10 cheaper than this!

The young adults working the store on Saturday were exceptional in customer service! Our first time there, we were greeted immediately and assisted with the variety of fruit smoothies offered. I needed a high carb drink in prep for upcoming surgery. The guys helped by showing me the ingredients chart listing all the different nutrients in each smoothie. I chose the pomegranate and wow! Great taste! Nice size smoothie at a good price! Will definitely return! Kudos to the outstanding service!
