I’m pretty blown away by my most recent trip to this Tropical Smoothie location. I didn’t get her name, but I think it was Ashley. She gave us incredible service, was super knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, and she went above and beyond multiple times in the same visit. I don’t think it’s too dramatic to say that if all customer service jobs had the same caliber of quality that Ashley and the team at this location have, the world would be a better place. My family and I will be Tropical Smoothie customers for life because of this trip. I’m not sure what the workers make as their hourly wage at this location, but it should be substantially more. This kind of service makes me go 5x more than I would otherwise.

I had a great experience at this location. Izzy was super accomodating with helping me choose a smoothie when I wasn't sure what to get. She was very friendly and patient, great customer service. Would highly reccomend this location!

Excellent smoothies. They're pricey, though. Management might be a little bit clueless.

Parking: Busy parking lot. Expect to park a bit far from the storefront during rush hour.

So I was at the restaurant at 2:15 today 2/12/24 and witnessed a young lady trying to pay with dollar coins, the girl at the register and the cook in back both refused her money because she wanted to pay with the gold U.S. dollar coins. She tried to explain it's still used as legal tender but they still didn't accept it. I hope a manager can explain to the team what different types of U.S. currency can be used. I felt bad for the woman because she seemed incredibly frustrated. If I would have had cash on me I would have traded her so she could get her order.

My first visit, came in with my son for a kids smoothie. After ordering, we waited 10 minutes, I was informed it might another 10-15min before they would have the 1 smoothie ready. We had to get going, so I asked for a refund.The friendly young man had the manager come over to process the refund. She refused to make eye contact with me, didn’t ask why I was requesting a refund or offer apology/explanation. Just processed it with a rude look and turned around. It caught me off guard that she had no interest what so ever in why I asked for a refund or any positives words at all, I guess they have so much business they don’t care.Anyway, I would have given them another shot if they were pleasant people but instead their behavior made this my first and last visit.

Great smoothie!

Great smoothies and sandwiches / wraps. Staff did a great job especially considering they just opened. Our favorite road trip spot finally opened close to home!
