Got a buffalo chicken wrap, there was 2 super tiny pieces of chicken on it and 1 drop of buffalo sauce. Literally.. I paid $11 for a tortilla with lettuce and ranch. Super disappointing. The taste is good, it would be great if made correctly. Sadly it seems there are younger kids working who don’t care about quality of food. They were nice, but they need to be trained on food quality. This isn’t the cheapest place to grab a snack & it’s a niche shop.. won’t sustain business if this continues. I know I won’t be back in this economy or to reach my nutritional goals.

Better off going to smoothie king across the street

Great service and amazing staff!!!!!

I’ve been attending this particular store for quite some time now over the last year and a half. Or since it opened, and I’ve always enjoyed the lunch there and the smoothies. However, over the last couple of months, I’ve noticed that the smoothies have fallen off considerably. They consistently have chunks of ice and chunks of fruit, not blended all the way. It even got the point where I had to put it back in a blender when I got back to work because the chucks were so thick that the straw would get clogged with fruit. I think maybe it might be an issue with the blenders because my wife ended up ordering some tropical smoothie from another location, and it was miles better and completely blended and wasn’t missing ingredients. I even asked my wife what smoothie this was and she said it was the same one I always get, and I was shocked. Other than that, the store is great, the food comes out quick, and some of the employees have been nothing short of great customer service. But somebody needs to really quality check the smoothies that are coming out of this place in the middle of the day, it might be a bad blender because they are strongly under blended.

Unfortunately it's run by teens who are just starting out working and don't completely care about the service. I've had multiple wraps that were not completely earned up. Cheese not melted at all chicken was only slightly earm on the outside, rice semi hard and pineapple cold on it. And they stip serving hot feed at 8 only smoothies until 9. And the few times I've tried to come there at 8 they've closed early.

The food is great but the service is even better. I didn't like how my sandwich wrap came out, so they immediately made it again... all with a smile.

I’m pretty blown away by my most recent trip to this Tropical Smoothie location. I didn’t get her name, but I think it was Ashley. She gave us incredible service, was super knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, and she went above and beyond multiple times in the same visit. I don’t think it’s too dramatic to say that if all customer service jobs had the same caliber of quality that Ashley and the team at this location have, the world would be a better place. My family and I will be Tropical Smoothie customers for life because of this trip. I’m not sure what the workers make as their hourly wage at this location, but it should be substantially more. This kind of service makes me go 5x more than I would otherwise.
