Lindsey is so amazing! My friends and I came in after hot yoga, sweaty and tired and she totally lifted our spirits. So sweet and kind and gorgeous, amazing. Love u lindsey! will be back, she’s a queen.

Half of my drinks were gone before I could even drink them and I paid about $18 for both half smoothies…really disappointed

First time here and the customer service was amazing Fabiola helped me out and got my order done really quick definitely coming back ☺️ definitely recommend the mango monsoon taste really mango and fruity lol

When I entered the store, there was a weird altercation between an employee and a customer and it made me, and other patrons, very uncomfortable. An employee was yelling passive aggressive phrases at the customer, very loudly made a scene, and kicked the customer out of the store. This employee was very loud and seemed very out of line. This was my first time at the store, but I actually left after ordering and took my food + smoothie to go (even though I planned to dine in) because I was so uncomfortable. Probably won’t go again..

Editing my review to add the names of the people I noticed being the loudest and most inappropriate: AJ and Kiki? They need to be fired if this location knows what’s good for it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rudest employees that are not only rude to customers but each other! The atmosphere is tense as soon as you walk in and you can tell the employees don’t want to be there. I don’t think this place is even healthy! They add so much sugar and sauce to the smoothies and food you might as well just save your money and make your food at home.

Today as I was picking up my food the (assuming) manager was speaking to a former worker? there pretty rudely. Coming in and out making remarks. I enjoy this place but definitely not worth it to see people being treated ugly - have they no shame?

I was in the store today, and from my guessing, an old employee was returning her items. Whoever was in charge had mumbled something unprofessional stuff to her. If this is how management treats employees, I could care less to return .

My kids and I so enjoyed the açaí bowl at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Great service and atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Owner Lindsey is amazing and really cares about your experience.
