I don’t know what owner has this location or who they hired, but they are packing those burritos like chipotle son! I’ve been eating that buffalo chicken wrap of theirs for the better part of 14 years now and I’ve never been to a location that packs it like they do here. I hope I’m not getting any worker in trouble, but my God, they are doing the Lord’s work over there.
Joey provided exceptional customer service today. I appreciate how the employees take the time to talk to you and are genuine. Overall this location is always clean and all my experiences with the employees has been amazing. So happy this location opened!
The team and owner at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe go above and beyond for their customers. While on a trip, I called about a large group order the night before we needed food and this team did everything for us. And then when I called three days later the owner said yes and helped us again. Both times she was out there helping out her team.
