Customer service here is always excellent! Alyssa is a sweetheart. Lean brisket was over-smoked to the point of being dry, but not inedible! Mac n cheese always a timeless classic. Churro pudding was excellent.

They were out of multiple menu items and the customer service was non-existent unless you count the kiosk. No one there to take your order or help with anything. Extremely disappointed and not going back. I really expected more from HEB. This is just sad.
