So I've been a shopper of this HEB since 2019. I came in llooking for the noodles and Danielle came over asking if I needed help. She offered the turkey and brisket, which I've order it before and it was awful! Danielle said she made it so I ordered the turkey. It was the best turkey I've ever had!! I went back and ordered more turkey and some brisket from her. I highly recommend coming on days when she is the pit master!!! She knows what she is doing and this is what this true texas needs!

Went straight after I picked up my kids from school. Orders the 2 meat plate. And also got creamed corn and ribs. Ribs was delicious and juicy. Everything was delicious.

Put in order 3 days ahead of time… paid ahead of time… scheduled specific pick up time… didn’t even have my order at all.
Told me 15 min to get it ready.. took over 40 minutes while I had melting ice cream and groceries into the car.
Hot aluminum catered food trays… but ran out of boxes to protect me hands from the heat carrying it.
They were more than happy to take my money but didn’t even have my order?? Late even in person?? And ran out of to go boxes?? Come on..

The bbq is decent, especially at the price point. Great sides, and always love a cobbler when it's available. The service at the bar is outstanding - Marvin, Travis, Tori, Jordan and everyone else are so friendly and helpful. I think HEB really missed the mark by not adding a large garage door opening to the patio. The enclosed space gets really crowded and loud, and on good weather days it'd be nice to have the fresh air. I'm giving five stars overall because the service is a 6.
