I ordered a brisket sandwich which came with onions, pickles, and sauce. I didn't want the onions and pickles. I did want the sauce. I got onions and pickles. I didn't get any sauce. Reading the other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problem. They take an order and if they get 80 or 90 percent of it, ...meh...that's good enough. It was pretty hard to choke down a dry brisket sandwich.

This location (Tech Ridge) leaves much to be desired in service and food preparation. I have had really poor service on 2 separate occasions and the quality of the food here is HORIBBLE when compared to the Mueller and South Austin locations. Baked potatoes were burned - absolutely inedible. When they talk "fatty brisket" at this location, be prepared for your meat to be sitting in a pool of grease and lacking in flavor. I will make the drive to Mueller or South Austin, but cannot recommend this location.

Went through the drive through today for lunch. Got the quarter brisket, beans, and slaw. Always good, kind of my go to every time I come to this place. Great staff. Drive through person's name was Tea I think. Great smile.
