I ordered a brisket sandwich which came with onions, pickles, and sauce. I didn't want the onions and pickles. I did want the sauce. I got onions and pickles. I didn't get any sauce. Reading the other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problem. They take an order and if they get 80 or 90 percent of it, ...meh...that's good enough. It was pretty hard to choke down a dry brisket sandwich.
We went to eat at this BBQ and ordered a brisket sandwich and a plate with 3 meats. Everything was delicious, the service was first class, congratulations to the entire team that works there, the meat was perfectly cooked.
This location (Tech Ridge) leaves much to be desired in service and food preparation. I have had really poor service on 2 separate occasions and the quality of the food here is HORIBBLE when compared to the Mueller and South Austin locations. Baked potatoes were burned - absolutely inedible. When they talk "fatty brisket" at this location, be prepared for your meat to be sitting in a pool of grease and lacking in flavor.
