We had an excellent experience at True Texas BBQ thanks to Danielle! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She took the time to explain there was a short wait on the mac n’ cheese and kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. Danielle also took the initiative to tell us about the upcoming holiday meals — her friendliness and attention to detail truly stood out. Exceptional customer service like hers makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Every time we order from Favor our order is wrong & missing multiple items. I wanna support HEB brands & the food is good. You just WILL NEVER receive what you actually want when ordered via the app. It’s happened to us about 4x now & have given up on giving them our business

Food is great and the price is reasonable. Sometime there's no one managing the front desk and can get awkward. But worth the awkward wait.

Literally took 30 min for my precooked baked potatoe and brisket. Sooo frustrating. Then rudely just set two meals down without calling the name. Worst experience at a restaurant in a long time.

Every time we go it's a gamble whether or not they are going to have what we want in stock. Also why did the mac and cheese change? It's not as good as the original which is unfortunate

I placed a couple of DoorDash orders this weekend. My Saturday order was missing the bbq sauces and sauced chopped brisket. Thought this was a one off and decided to try again Sunday. Unfortunately this order was missing bread and bbq sauces. Didn’t want onions or pickles however I received them. The food is really good however I can’t trust I will get what I ordered. Disappointing for a restaurant with good food.

UPDATE: Tried again this past Saturday and all items delivered. Food is still good.
