As always, Savannah greeted us and showed us to our table. Friendly and engaging. A dozen oysters to start, and they were sweet and delicious. The amazing lobster bisque, served tableside, was rich and well spiced with big chunks of lobster. Steak and salmon were top notch. And of course, Wayne kept the drinks filled and the pace comfortable for the evening.
It wasn't busy. It was our anniversary. We usually have a manager stop at the table but not this night. The prime rib was right on as usual. The disappointing things was our server just assumed we wanted the baked Alaska instead of the deserts we could select ourselves that are part of the prime rib dinner. For a birthday the Baked Alaska came after we ordered our deserts , we were able to take our deserts home. We were so looking forward to our carrot cake and chocolate...
Service from the waiter was great. Issues with food arriving at the same time. Had to ask for multiple items. One of the items was so rushed the cooking was a poor enough quality it was not edible. Kitchen staff in this night was not helping the staff interfacing with customers.
