Tso Chinese Takeout & Delivery

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Worse Chinese takeout I’ve ever had. Had sesame chicken with broccoli and fried rice. Not sure how broccoli could be chewy but it was so chewy it was inedible. Flavor profile was so mild you barely tasted it. Would not be buying from here again.

At the moment I'm a patient at St David's Medical center and this pleasantly surprised fun there was a Chinese restaurant in the area TSO is really. For my first time I actually had crab rangoons that work crab fields and not just cream cheese. The flavor was amazing and it was hot when it got here. The hot and sour soup could cure any ailment.

Delivery took 50 minutes from the time it left the store and 1:45 from the time I ordered. The driver told me he had to go get gas before delivering my food. I could never order from them on a schedule with a delivery window as large as theirs has become. Luckily, the food was good!

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. Our entrée was missing from our order, which we didn’t realize until we got home. I immediately called and asked if delivery was possible, but since we were outside their zone, I offered to drive back so they could remake it. I also asked for a refund due to the inconvenience, which was refused. When we arrived about 15 minutes later, the employee I had just spoken with acted as though he didn’t remember our conversation. After showing him our receipt and pointing out the missing (non-highlighted) item, he accused me of trying to “set him up.” He then attempted to rush my husband and me out the door and said he no longer wanted to remake the food or issue a refund. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or apologizing, the situation escalated into an argument, and we had to be persistent just to receive a refund. In the end, we still left without our full order. This was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. We used to be regular customers, but after this experience, we won’t be returning.

We LOVE Tsos Chinese Takeout! We order from them often. It’s our “go to” take out. Great food, great prices and fast!

Always fast, fresh and delivered to my door hot and delicious. Tso has great vegetarian options, and a few vegan ones. Chinese take out is a shareable affair, when you order from Tso.

Best Chinese food I’ve eaten in my 20 years in ATX! Absolutely killer! Loved everything…and the Rangoons…best I’ve ever eaten!!! We will definitely be back!!!

We have been very impressed recently by T’so’s food and speedy prep and delivery. Thanks for a lovely dinner (Happy Family and Shrimp and Crawfish over Fried Rice). It was delicious. 😋

The crab rangoons we really fishy tonight. Had to take some of the filling out to eat. Was not good at all.
