Food quality and reparability is hit or miss. Ordering the same dish: Molcajetes, always produces a different outcome. Last time it came out with unmelted cheese and was very different than ordering it the other two times I've been there... Place has an potential but kitchen just needs to pay attentions to details.

We love Talum’s but the ambiance is very different now that you put standard booths. The other couches had style… vibe… these new booths are like sitting at Denny’s or any basic Mexican restaurant.

The food was not the best. Brown guacamole, chewy shrimp & beef fajitas, watered down lemonade….
Nice staff but obviously new to the industry and require training.
Definitely expected more from this place especially paying $50 + for one person.
