Food & atmosphere were so great - I love the dog polaroid wall, even before trying the food I could tell right away that this was my kind of establishment.Madi served us and she was AMAZING, she was such a sweet person and made our whole experience so fun. Whoever is in charge over there, make sure to give your girl Madi some praise because that is a 5 Star team member right there.
This is by far the best fried chicken sandwich I have had in Texas, and makes a case for the GOAT. I had the Korean style OG while my wife had the OG. Excellent service provided by Peter and a fun atmosphere. We spoke to Bill, the manager, and were even more impressed by the brand and restaurant as a whole. I would HIGHLY recommend trying the food here.

I ordered the 1/2 mixed "Dang Hot." The chicken was really juicy, and the skin had a perfect crisp. The spice level, in my opinion, was just right. Good spice kick without it being miserable. The mac and cheese was what was recommended by the waiter, and it was very cheesy. The team there, in general, was very friendly and professional.

The review below me about the "rude server" is definitely only one stretched side of the story. We were customers sitting at the table next to this man. The customer walked in alone and chose the only 6 top table in the room. The server approached and asked how many would be joining him. He said it would be a party of three, the server politely said "okay, I do just want to let you know that it's no big deal right now because we are not busy, but for future reference we try to save the bigger tables for bigger parties". He was not rude, but the customer snapped backed with "that's fine because we will not be back" which rightfully upset this hard working server. This server was doing an amazing job (not sure his name but he looked like an Austin)Our server was Madi and she was fantastic! Food was also amazing!

The first server was extremely rude. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that's no excuse. Bill, the manager, made it right. The food and the subsequent service were fantastic! Thanks, Bill!Parking: Only one ADA spot, which isn't surprising, given the extremely limited parking. I've been amazingly lucky all 3 times I've visited. Prepare for entitled jerks to block you in while they "just run in" for takeout.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp up to the right for easy access.
