My son likes turkey, as I don’t eat turkey I don’t have that much idea to cook it, have been following these guys FB, and they don’t come that much North Austin side, but yesterday they were in burnet and RR, so went to RR, got two turkey legs, son got it with mango harbanero, hubby Cajun, there were two guys, both super nice, and my son absolutely loved it, the way he described, ‘meat easily comes out of the bone, but still it has the firm little bit chewy texture yet...
I finally got my two smoked turkey legs this weekend !! 🍗🍗 boy, they hit the spot 🔥 you have to try these guys BBQ ! The best in town !!! find them on Facebook and message them directly you won’t be disappointed

I ordered the regular smoked and it was so moist and full of flavor. My order was ready pretty fast only about 3 minutes. My next will be the buffalo 🔥 I can’t wait.
