i grew up having blended protein shakes like this, so they are super nostalgic for me.

so, when i was looking up healthy options after yoga & saw my favorite flavor of those nostalgic shakes on their menu, i knew what i was getting for lunch!

the shake was delicious, and the girls working were so sweet. after i finished, i noticed they had even left a sweet note.

Excellent smoothie bowls. I come here after working out at the Planet Fitness next door and it always leaves me feeling happier and healthier. High quality ingredients and they take enough time to carefully prepare it.

Well I'm sold. First time customer. got an oreo smoothie the way it comes. I really don't like sweet smoothies so I was worried I'd hate it but it's barely sweet and the flavor is amazing. 20g protein and 200 calories to boot.

Staff was super friendly and walked me through the menu, suggesting the oreo for me.

I'll definitely be back! Wish I had given this a shot sooner!
